No, you don't need to re-install the Analyzer. You just need to activate your new full license on your existing installed Analyzer instance.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The trial license only covers a 25-nodes license. So, if your Analyzer-DB install initially only have been sized for the 25-nodes, please expand your Anaylzer-DB to your new full license node amount.
