Get Started (Analyzer)

Follow the steps below or download the Quick Start Guide .

What do you need? Please check the following System Requirements for Analyzer server.

  • Supported OS for Analyzer server
    • Microsoft® Windows 2003 or 2008 server
  • Disk Space (example)
    • 11 GB of free disk space (minimum) for the trial installation
  • An Internet connection is required to start trial license or activate the purchased license
  • Supported browsers and media
    • Microsoft Internet Explorer 6, 7, or 8 / Mozilla Firefox 3.5 or later / Adobe® Flash® Player 10.0.42

System Requirements

How long will it take?
Before monitoring, the 5 steps below are required. It should take approx 1 hour in the case of the windows environment.

Step 1 Registration/Sign-in From this Site
Within 5 min*

  • Registration/sign-in is required for download
Step 2 Download From this Site
Within 5 min*

(in case of 12Mbps)

  • Please select the localized language.
  • The speed of download depends on your internet environment.
Step 3 Install From this Site
Approx 5-10 min*

  • After download, extracting double-clicking setup.exe.
Step 4 Activation At analyzer wizard
Within 1 min*

(in case of on-line)

  • Please use ID/PW specified in Step1
  • Online Activation is our recommendation.
Step 5 Discovery & Monitoring At analyzer wizard
Within 5 min*

(in case of 5 windows servers and 1 IP switch)

  • Before monitoring, discovery is required.
  • Below is required for discovery.
    • IP address ranges
    • IP spaces
    • credentials for login to devices

*These times are measured by US as a reference.

Registration/Sign-In is required before downloading.

1. Click "Download Now" button, then registration will start.

2. Complete the information in the registration form and submit.

3. To verify your email address, you will receive an email with a URL, then Click on the URL.

If you have not signed-in yet, please sign-in

 1. Click "Download Now" button, then sign-in will start.
2. In the Sign In section, enter your e-mail address and password, then click Sign In.

The Download of IT Operations Analyzer will only take a few minutes. Follow the steps below or download the Quick Start Guide .

Download Software

1. Specify the language in which you prefer to download the IT Operations Analyzer

2. Click " Download Now " button.

  • After the download completes, extract the zip file contents to a location on the management server.
  • On the management server, double-click setup.exe.
  • The InstallShield Wizard will guide you through the installation process.
